Some tips for making beef recipes

1. The type of cut of beef is important

When cooking beef, using the right cut is crucial. For example, some parts of meat may take longer to tenderize, while others cook faster. Sirloin or chuck cuts are good for beef, as they cook quickly and taste great.

2. Marinate the beef properly

Marinating the beef makes it more tender and tasty. Using certain ingredients like ginger, garlic, turmeric, yogurt, or sour cream will make the beef more tender. Marinating beef for 30 minutes to an hour gives better results.

3. Do not pour extra spices

Never cook with too many spices. Too much spice can overpower the flavor on the one hand, while on the other hand it can reduce the flavor of the beef. Use spices as per taste and maintain proper quantity.

4. Be patient while cooking the beef

Be patient while cooking the beef and allow the meat to cook properly. Cooking in a hurry can make the beef tough rather than tender. Allow some time for the meat to cook well.

5. Use garam masala

Spread garam masala after cooking to get the best taste of beef. It enhances the taste and aroma of cooking.

6. Note the amount of water added

Water should be added while cooking but not too much. Excess water can reduce the meat taste and turn it into a soup. So, add a little water and give it time.
